Panettone Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Panettone is kinda "seasonal" as I can only find them in the stores sometime in November and December.

I was delighted to receive 2 boxes of Bauducco Panettone - one with Sunmaid raisins and one with Hersheys chocolates as part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program. I adapted one of the bread pudding recipes enclosed in the package and made a cinnamon-based bread pudding using the panettone with Hershey's chocolates.

Tip: Part of the panettone usually sticks to the baking paper along the edges and bottom, and these "sticky" crumbs of the panettone (that are relatively dry) are best to be used in making the bread pudding since they can be re-hydrated in milk and egg.

*The Bauducco Panettone was received as part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program. Thank you Foodbuzz and Bauducco
