Spice-Fried Biittermelon (Bittergourd) 辣炒苦瓜

It is apparent by now that I do not dislike bittermelon. I have cooked bitter melon many times, different ways.

With the use of curry leaves, this is a slight tweak from this recipe Spicy Bittermelon with Tomatoes. That alluring aroma of curry leaves blends in perfect with the spice, tangy-sweet tomatoes and  bittermelon.

Spice-Fried Biittermelon 辣炒苦瓜 - No recipe detailed here but the ingredients include curry leaves, ground turmeric, ground coriander, ground cumin, fennel, ground red chili powder, red chili flakes, ground black pepper and white pepper, ground five spice, salt, onion, garlic.
