Zucchini-Chicken Nuggets in the making...

Healthy and tasty chicken nuggets that will be enjoyed by everyone, and the ease of making these nuggets that will make the cook happy!
You can use a cast iron pan to pan-fried these nuggets too. I have a 6-inch Lodge Logic Cast Iron Pan but find the area too small for batch-cooking. So I do recommend Lodge Logic Cast-Iron 8-Inch Skillet. A 12-inch might do too but it can be kinda heavy for some to hold.
Zucchini-Chicken Fried Nuggets
Ingredients: 1/4lb organic chicken, 3 drops worchestire suace, 1/2 zucchini, very thinly sliced or grated, 1 tbsp finely chopped onion, pinch of ground coriander, cumin, red pepper, 1tsp finely chopped jalapeno, 1 egg as binder, almond meal or flour to thicken the patties
Directions: Mix everything together (flour quantity adjusted based on desired firm pattie consistency). Shape them into flat rounds and pan-fry till cooked (about 8 minutes each side) in the pan at medium heat.
