It turns...Eleana, hmmmm....don't overcook it!!!<br />It turns slightly green from raw (more whitish) to cooked. That is when you should just turn off the heat. Also I cook at medium heat from the start and go low on the heat towards the end. I do NOT cook them with oyster sauce too.
