Chickpea Garam Masala Cookies

This small-batch Chickpea Flour Cacao Nib Cookies was gone quick. Chickpea flour is making a comeback in these Garam Masala Spiced Cookies.

What?? Garam masala are used in Indian curries, not cookies!

That's because we usually associate cookies to sweets.

The spice mix of cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg in a typical garam masala blend works seamlessly in savory cookies, especially cinnamon and nutmeg that magically spell holiday cookies.

Use a small scoop or make round balls of about 1.5 inch and place them on baking parchment. Then press the balls flat into thin round cookies. In a 375F preheated oven, bake the cookies for about 20-25mins.
