Shiokingly good Singapore (Season2) Part 5 - Everything at $2 !
And I'm saying Singapore dollars! Just like those value dollar stores, this market/food centre in one corner of Singapore has almost all hawker food at $2 (SGD)! You can also find economy bee hoon here at less than $2!
This prawn mee is $2 (SGD)! There're lean pork slices, char siew and prawns.
This is also $2 (SGD). Cheap and good!

ReplyDeletetried not to come in here after looking at your bak kwa post, cannot resist that wanton mee..sigh :(
ReplyDeleteMW,...sigh...wanton mee is something I can hardly "replicate" to the exact at home. Can never get the egg noodles to be QQ!
ReplyDeleteThe portion looks kinda small. I will have to order three dishes just to fill me up.
ReplyDeleteHave you been to the noodle shop on Garvey near Atlantic in Monterey Park, CA? My brother lives in MP so we go there for noodles frequently.
Oh my gosh, noodles! Yay! They look really good. Especially the first one — I like fatter noodles. :)
