KM, no leh! We did not know Muthus restaurant changed so much (to up-market fish head curry), but since we were there and not so familiar with what's good in that area, we just stayed on with Muthus loh.

ReplyDeleteWandering Chopsticks, yes, okra, but you saw that 3 lil' rectangular pieces on top of the fish head? They're pineapple cubes. Blame it on my poor photography skills :O
ReplyDeletethe expedited writer, i think there are better fish head choices in SE Asia (eg S'pore , Malaysia). I'm also stuck in a country where there is only fish head of a salmon...hahaha.
ReplyDeleteI've even had fish head curry at Prima Restaurant(a S'pore franchise) in California and they used salmon fish head. It's just weird!
I know...I'm from Malaysia and I miss the curry fish head in all those Nasi Kandar places, esp the one in Stadium Merdeka, KL. Man, if I'm back in KL and you're in Malaysia ....I'll probably take you there! Cos god knows i have some food cravings to satisfy LOL!
