Braised bittergourd with chicken and tofu

Thanks to this "sloppy, bitter but good" bittergourd recipe, I have another way of doing up my bittergourds. :)


Usually like my bittergourds cooked till soft


Ok. I know some of you do not like bittergourds

    The tofu you have there - is that freshly made or from a package? It's just that I never like the one from the package but can't find the freshly made one... so I don't even eat it anymore (until I go back to my home town).
