Eight glasses of water a day

Water water...I need to remind myself to drink 8 glasses of you each day. Sometimes, I just don't feel thirsty and I don't drink enough of you.

And especially recently, when the weather gets so toasty and when I eat so much of durians - considered "heaty", I need to drink more water.


Drinking 8 glasses a day is definitely much easier and more of an instant, than making some cold sweet dessert honeydew "sago" + bur bur cha cha to cool me off.

    buddingcook, I also want to have good skin! But some say, cannot drink water before you sleep coz will have water retention and maybe next morning, eye bags ! :O

  6. I drink lots of water because I hear it helps in losing weight.

    Fast forward 4 years later, I'm still fat and plump. So drinking lots of water isn't helping.

    At least, I'm getting hydrated. :-)
