Molten Chocolate Cake




Taken at Chili's Restaurant, Taichung, Taiwan

All-season dessert ? Since the "cake" portion is served warm (good for winter?) and the ice-cream is perfect to cool me down during summer!

    I made a Molten Chocolate Cake once, but without the ice cream and caramel. It was easy to do, and light on the pocket too!
