水蓮菜 (Shui Lian Cai) - taken at Taichung, Taiwan
I do not know what is the English name for this vegetable but seems to me, they are roots of some kind of aquatic plants or Nymphoides. Perfect chance to be wordless today! Cos' I don't know and can't elaborate more. Ha! Anyone seen this before? Let me know the name!
