
How about some fish chips for you? These are Deep Fried Fish Skin! Yes, skin only.
In Hong Kong, some of the fishball/fishcake noodle stores serve deep fried fish skins, and you can actually enjoy these fish "chips" with the noodle soups :)

Are the deep fried fish skins Healthy? where can I find a recipe. Oh you, now I have all kinds of questions and my mouth is wishing for the taste right now...

ReplyDeleteIn Jakarta, I found deep-fried chicken skin sold at hypermarts and supermarkets. Apparently a popular snack there. :)
I like fried salmon skin,can make salmon skin maki!!wow! just looking at your soup make me hungry again!

ReplyDeleteYou can get this in different flavours in packages that are similar in appearance to potato chips. Love the stuff...positively addictive! And I'm pretty sure it's unhealthy too!

Eh, I love fried fish skin..fish tail..fish fins! When I was little (er..and still do that when I visit home) and if there is a plate of fried fish on the table before dinner time. Hah! By the time it's dinner time, that plate of fish only has the flesh left on it. Oh, and head.
