Do you enjoy artichokes?
Getting by another alternative, let's try artichokes hearts from a can/glass jar!
(1) Roast artichokes 375F about 10-15mins, then drizzle with olive oil, season with black pepper.
(2) Prepare the dressing: half lemon, 1 tbsp finely diced red onions, honey, fresh/dried oregano herbs
(3) Combine the dressing with the roasted artichokes and let it sit for 5 minutes for flavors to combine.
Well, the flavors of fresh artichokes can never beat the canned ones - but in this salad, let the citrus tang and peppery kick entice you.
