Sadly, I think the Curry LaMian failed in taste, compared to the Laksa LaMian that I thought was a hit in terms of authenticity to Singapore Laksa.
The fault is with the Curry LaMian gravy premix and not the vegetables (cauliflower, carrot, peas) that I have added. The gravy just did not taste right.
Even the egg did not save the dish.
It saved the day though, at least there was some food to eat.
