Low-Carb Meatless Protein Bowl
Ingredients:
1-2 servings of Vegetarian Mapo Tofu refer recipe here (meatless ground mince from Meatless Farm. Made batch of 4-5 servings worth of Vegetarian Mapo Tofu earlier, leftovers were reheated to prep. this meal)
2 servings of vegetables - mix of cauliflower, zucchini
2 cloves garlic, finely minced, to be steamed/stir-fried with veggies
Directions: Steam vegetables with garlic for about 8 minutes. Serve with Vegetarian Mapo Tofu.
