Rub some tandoori spice on the sole fish fillets (leave marinated in fridge for at least 30mins) and pan-fry when ready to prepare your meal.

little corner of mine, I love otak otak too, but otak otak needs some effort in the making though.
the cooking ninja, I did not know why my almost squarish fish fillets can turn out a thin rectangle like otak otak. Lucky, the taste of tandoori was still there.
