ReplyDeleteI've been eating a lot of pasta lately. I think I was craving carbs because I haven't been eating much of it for a couple of weeks.
ReplyDeletekelly, good option for the cooler weather
ReplyDeletenora b., ha! Maybe you are just hungry this moment?
anh, I don't know :D
jason ho, oh yes...there are stuffed pasta shells dishes. But maybe have to use rigatoni shells.
I thought the calcium in cheese can strengthen the bones :O LOL!
ming, pasta is a easy option for me when I don't feel like cooking.
What can I say...it's my favorite comfort dish! Thanks for sharing with Presto Pasta Nights.
ReplyDeleteOuch! Don't you hate it when you burn the roof of your mouth with hot cheese? Oh, I wasn't supposed to tuck in that fast? Sorry! It just looked so good...
ReplyDeleteruth, you are welcome. Always my pleasure. :)
ReplyDeletekatiez, hahahh! woooooo...yes...tuck in fast and don't burn your tongue :P
Oh, I love pasta.
ReplyDeleteQuestion (a rather stupid one), where do you get marinara sauce? I think the closest I can get in Singapore is some white cheese source.
And ... how high the temperature you set for the cheese to melt? Yes see, I seldom make any non-Chinese dishes but I do love pasta.
looks so yummy......yummy!
ReplyDeleteWow, this looks so yummy!
ReplyDeletewilfrid, I think you can get marinara sauce everywhere. Most of Prego's tomato-based pasta sauce can be used.
ReplyDeleteOf course, you can make your own using canned tomatoes, garlic, onion, and basil. Common cheeses like Mozzerella melts under applied temperature.
I don't have an exact temperature but I think 140deg C or higher should do.
big boys oven, little corner, who can resist melting cheese ?
Sounds good. Nice and spicy and cheesy.
