    I fell in love with soba noodle all over again. I had some soba noodle cooked in dashi stock in the airport and really loved it. Even my two daughters loved it.

    I like the Korean soba noodles with spicy sauce. Other than that, I don't believe I've ever had soba noodles elsewhere.
