Korean Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
1 pack store-bought cooked pork belly (from deli section of Korean supermarket), about 10-12 pieces
Organic red butter head lettuce

Directions: Stack 2-3 lettuce leaves, add slice of pork belly to the lettuce, slather pork belly with provided spicy sauce, top with raw garlic, jalapenos and enjoy in one-bite.
