Kitchen Tip: Muffin Pan, a great organizer!

My 12-cup muffin pan has been severely under-utilized. I only use the pan to make savories such as mini curry beef and potato pies and mini chicken pies, no more than that. I bake neither muffins nor cupcakes, and do not attempt to line the muffin pan with wonton skins to be baked in the oven to create crispy wonton cups. Then...what is my muffin pan doing right now?


It has become my color palette!
It has become a great organizer for me to put my prepared ingredients just before I do my cooking!

    I still question why I have so many muffin tins. I rarely bake. I may just dig them out the next time I'm in need of muffin organization.

    What an adorable idea! I always have my meal components in little corners of my cutting board but that is completely impractical. This is much more sensible.

    That IS a great organizer. What a creative idea. You figure you might only use your muffin tins once a month to actually bake muffins, right? So it's high time they did more work in the kitchen. ;)

    When I bought my house through costa rica homes for sale
    I expected to have a big stove in the kitchen with a huge space, now I am really happy because I can cook every kind of recipe in my huge stove. I really love it.
