Oven-Roasted Whole Cuttlefish Veggies Bowl
Ingredients:
6-9 whole cuttlefish, thawed from frozen, drain away excess water, dab-dry cuttlefish with paper towel
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1-2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4-8 cups of vegetables - mix of cauliflower, zucchini
3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced
Directions: Season and marinate cuttlefish with turmeric, black pepper, chopped green onions, extra-virgin olive oil. Preheat oven 400F. Roast/cook cuttlefish about 20mins. Steam vegetables with garlic for 5-8mins. When done, serve cuttlefish with the veggies.
