Oven Baked Shrimps Veggies Bowl

Oven-Baked Shrimps Veggies Bowl

Ingredients:
16-20 peeled, deveined shrimps, seasoned with salt, pepper, curry powder, dried oregano, extra-virgin olive oil
4-8 cups of vegetables - mix of broccoli florets, carrot sticks/slices, celery slices, shredded cabbage, shredded red cabbage 
3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced
Directions: Preheat oven 375F. Bake the shrimps about 15-20mins till cooked. Steam vegetables with garlic for 5mins. When done, serve the shrimps with the veggies.
