Easy Oven-Roasted BBQ-Sauce Tempeh
Ingredients:
Tempeh 8-12oz, sliced into 8-10 pieces
2-3 tbsp of BBQ sauce, adjust amount accordingly to sufficiently coat the tempeh
Directions: Preheat oven 375F. Marinate tempeh with BBQ sauce. Roast 375F about 20mins.
