Roast Duck with Kumquat, Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower
Ingredients:
Oven-roasted half duck (Maple Leaf Farm Roast Half Duck)
2-4 servings of assorted pre-cut vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli)
1-2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3-4 kumquat, sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven 375F. Reheat duck according to package directions (this duck reheats in 375F oven, about 15-20mins). After placing the duck into oven to reheat, prep to steam the vegetables with garlic for 5-8 minutes. When vegetables are done, serve with duck and kumquat.
