Oven-Roasted Shrimps Veggies Bowl
Ingredients:
12-16 frozen shrimps (frozen gulf shrimps this time), thawed before use, peeled and deveined; then seasoned with pinch of salt, pepper, curry powder, dried oregano
4-5 cups of vegetables - mix of broccoli and cauliflower florets, carrots, zucchini slices
1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Directions: Preheat oven 375F. Roast shrimps about 20mins-30mins till cooked. Steam vegetables with garlic for 8mins. When done, serve the shrimps with the veggies.
