Oven-Roasted Shrimps Veggies Bowl

16-20 peeled, deveined shrimps, thawed from frozen, drain excess liquid/moisture after thaw, dab/dry shrimps with paper towels, then seasoned with salt, pepper, curry powder, dried oregano, extra-virgin olive oil
4-8 cups of vegetables - mix of cabbage, celery slices, zucchini, bell peppers, leafy greens
3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced

Directions: Preheat oven 375F. Bake the shrimps about 15-20mins till cooked. Steam vegetables with garlic for 5-8mins. When done, serve the shrimps with the veggies.
