This Jalapeno Shrimps and Sausage Veggies Bowl is a flavor-packed one-dish meal that you can happily enjoy any month of the year. Healthily loaded with garlic steamed vegetables, topped with delicious oven-roasted shrimps and breakfast sausages.
Cooking the shrimps, sausages, and jalapeno altogether on a sheet-pan in the oven is one of the easiest fuss-free cooking prep.; at the same time, the ingredients flavor up one another so you actually do not have to depend on any other seasoning/marinade.
Do you currently own an air-fryer? I do not and still using conventional oven or sometimes toaster oven to do all the baking, roasting and grilling. You can also make Sheet-Pan Fish with Asparagus and Bell Peppers or Sheet-Pan Beans and Veggies.

Jalapeno Shrimps and Sausage Veggies Bowl
Ingredients:
10-12 peeled, deveined shrimps, thawed from frozen, drain excess liquid/moisture after thaw, dab/dry shrimps with paper towels, then seasoned with salt, pepper, curry powder, dried oregano, extra-virgin olive oil
4-6 breakfast sausages
1-2 jalapenos, sliced
3-4 servings of vegetables - mix of cabbage, celery slices, zucchini, bell peppers, leafy greens
2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced
Directions: Preheat oven 375F. Place shrimps, sausages, jalapeno about 15-20mins till cooked. Steam vegetables with garlic for 5-8mins. When done, serve shrimps, sausages, jalapeno with the veggies.
