Breakfast/ Dessert Yogurt Pudding

What's for breakfast or after-meal dessert (have you tried this One-Ingredient Ice-Cream yet)?

We enjoy breakfast homemade rolled oats muesli (low-sugar muesli/granola option available) with milk (dairy or dairy-free) topped with fresh berries. Feast like a king for breakfast, there is always add-on peanut butter bread paired with coffee.

In the hot summer months (right now!), high fiber breakfast oats gets amped up with bountiful fresh berries and stone fruits. When it gets to cooler months, we comfort ourselves with warm breakfast such as Black Sesame Oatmeal.

Low-carb options, omit the oats and use Greek yogurt instead; mixed in with chia seeds, ground flax seeds (flaxmeal), handful of nuts/seeds and fresh berries.

With room to spare for natural sugars, add some stone-fruits (peaches, nectarines, apricots) slices.

Breakfast/ Dessert Yogurt Pudding
Ingredients 1 serving of plain Greek yogurt
1/2 banana, into thinner slices Dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp ground flax seeds (flaxmeal)
1tsp chia seeds
1 serving of fresh berries/stone fruit slices
Handful of nuts/seeds

Directions: Add all the ingredients except nuts and seeds into the yogurt and mix well. When thoroughly mixed, topped with nuts/seeds. Enjoy immediately or allow it to sit in the fridge (covered in air-tight container) for about 15mins (up to 1 day).
