It failed

Need to repeat and re-emphasize that I DON'T BAKE! WON'T BAKE! CAN'T BAKE! Look how my cornflake fish fillets turned out after baking in the oven. They should have just gone into the skillet.


Will post the "perfect" recipe once I succeed. Going to do a "post mortem" now...too upset to elaborate more anyway.
