Well, if jellyfish do have proteins, then I guess most of you have the correct answer but what I was looking for in the answer was - the aquarium. East meets west kitchen was spot on, about egg yolk jellyfish though. Chris was also right about jellyfish. So the egg yolk was in fact not an egg yolk but a jellyfish that looks like an egg yolk.

Looking at these jellyfish was so therapeutic. First, their colors. Second, their movement.

Jellyfish is heartless and brainless. So what does that make you if someone were to call you a jellyfish ? :O
