Korean dried pink shrimps

Got this pink shrimps, thinking that they can be an alternative or replacement to those Chinese dried shrimps.

I was wrong. The flavors are poles apart, even a different unami taste to each type.

Now, I need to think how to use these Korean dried shrimps even though I have no problems at all coming up with different recipes with Chinese dried shrimps. :O




Wonder if I did the right thing by soaking them in water. But that's how I "treat" those Chinese dried shrimps

Different from the Chinese dried shrimps, this came with shrimps feelers - almost exactly like a real shrimp shrunk so tiny!
