When time is short,
what is lunch and where is dinner? Sometimes, meals prepared/made in advance can save a later part of the day.
Make an omelette out of onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and come dinner time, just heat up pita bread and "pocket" the omelette with your favorite raw greens e.g salad greens or fine juliennes of organic Persian cucumber.
