Bike Rack

We have limited storage space staying in a small rental apartment unit. The house's bike used to be out in the balcony but constant exposure to direct sunlight has deteriorated some rubber parts of the bike. Moving the bike into our living room has its problems too, since the carpet would get dirty stains and spots from the bike's wheels. I would consider a overhead bike rack so that unused space could be made use of, with ease and safety; and especially to keep the wheels away from the carpet.
