Spaghetti in Sardine-Tomato Sauce 沙丁鱼番茄酱意大利面
Canned sardines is my savior! Left in the pantry (if untouched, unused), it doubles as emergency food as well in disaster planning.
Ready to eat!
I have made sardines curry using Wild Caught Brisling Sardines umpteen times. This time, it's no difference; just that I made a light sauce in order to carry the pasta.
Spaghetti in Sardine-Tomato Sauce 沙丁鱼番茄酱意大利面
It's basically the same ingredients with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and sardines; just that the spices were toned down from that of a curry. Spices used include cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground red pepper powder, ground white pepper.
With the cooked sauce, finishing off the cooking of the pasta in the sauce, then add greens that will wilt and cook in the cooking steam.
Serve as a meal. Enjoy.
