French Toast Baguette

Not as if it is a major leftover problem, but when egg white (from one egg) has already been used e.g. used as binder in making meat or shrimp patties), what can the yolk of one egg do? If you use egg white from an egg in cooking, what do you do with that leftover loner egg yolk?

Whisk the lonely yolk with some whole milk, then make french toast!

The motivation to make these french toasts baguette came after a glimpse over at Mochachocolatarita's Blog.
