Lamb Roast with Vegetables

Winter Lamb Roast with Vegetables
Ingredients:
Oven-roasted lamb, adapted from Allrecipes.com
About 3-4 servings of mixed vegetables of your choice e.g. broccoli, carrot, cabbage
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Salad dressing is optional
Directions:
Slice the lamb roast (against the grain) when done. Set the food steamer and steam vegetables with garlic for about 5-8mins. When done, layer the base of the bowl with steamed vegetables then topped with sliced lamb.
Enjoy with your favorite salad dressing. My family prefers it without dressing so that we can enjoy the flavors of roast lamb (and its juices) with the vegetables.
