"Fried Rice (Quinoa)"

When quinoa is not used as a "carb" substitute and in lesser proportion with other vegetables and/or fruits in a dish - let's call it salad. When quinoa is used like rice or grain substitute, and in greater proportion tossed in with other complementary ingredients - what should we call it? Fake fried rice? "Fried rice" ? "Fried" Quinoa?

In this "Fried Rice (Quinoa)" goes edamame, zucchini, carrot, bell peppers and roasted pumpkin seeds.

Topped with a fried egg (runny yolk is what I prefer) and roasted cauliflower by the side - a complete tasty meal.

This adds to my quinoa repertoire and I love it!

What grain/seed do you often use in your cooking?
