Singapore cuisine and sandwich - an easy choice ?

Merlion restaurant just opened in Cupertino. We walked away after taking a peep at the menu, and decided we should just eat sandwiches from Eriks Deli Cafe, right across Merlion.

Raging Bull sandwich -Roast Beef, Mild Green Chili Peppers and Pepper Jack Cheese, heated on a Peppered Onion Roll, with Red Onions,Tomatoes and Sprouts

R.E.O.Speedwagon -Smoked Ham, Turkey Breast and Monterey Jack Cheese, loaded on Sliced Sourdough, with Red Onions,Tomatoes and Sprouts

We don't think we regretted our choice. Take a look at the Merlion menu and let me know what you would do if you were me. :p
