Sheet-Pan Beans, Veggies, Sausages
Ingredients:
2-3 servings of natural uncured hot dogs (Apple Gate or other brands you prefer), sliced to bite-sizes
1-2 cups diced bell pepper and sliced zucchini
2-3 servings canned red kidney and black beans (or any other beans)
1-2 cups diced tomatoes and onions
Pinch of curry powder, garam masala, turmeric, black pepper, salt to season
Olive oil

Directions: Preheat oven 375F. Layer the ingredients on the tray as shown. After seasoning, drizzle some olive oil on the ingredients. Bake/roast for about 25mins.
