Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs

The signature "Tater Tots"-like crispness, typically cylindrical shape and small size, speaks for these sweet potatoes!


From Alexia range of frozen products in the supermarket, I could not take my eyes off these cutesy sweet potato puffs.

They don't just look good, cutesy good; they also taste deliciously natural and sweet. Yes a sweet savory side-dish!

I serve these crispy bites as a side along with the cauliflower steaks I roasted earlier and even got thumbs up from the other one at home.

He kept eating the puffs, pointing at them the same time and repeatedly asked me what were those.

Delicious crispy sweet potato puffs, of course :D
