Roasted Spiced Cauliflower Steaks

Marinated with finely chopped onions, tomatoes and spices such as ground coriander, turmeric, curry powder, white and black pepper and pinch of cumin, these oven-roasted cauliflower steaks certainly take centerstage as a vegetarian entree. Yes, I think they absolutely look like steaks - just make sure to slice them as whole piece through the cauliflower head, and not chop them down to florets.

Roast them 375-400C for 20-30 minutes till medium-well, then arm yourself with a knife and fork;  savor them like a real steak!

I definitely don't miss the real steak.
