Onion Egg Frittata

Today, the classic onion and ham egg omelet is going for a re-spin, taking the footsteps of  Chive Egg Frittata and Gouda Cheese Egg Frittata, to be made into this easy and delicious Onion Turkey Breast Egg Frittata.

The sweetness from the oven-cooked onions, and savory from the sliced turkey breast, combined with spices and dried herbs flavor-pack the eggs in the simplest way.

Ham Onion Egg Frittata
2-3 servings sliced turkey breast (store-bought)
1/2 onion, sliced
6 eggs, gently whisked
Pinch of curry powder, turmeric, black pepper, dried oregano

Directions: Preheat oven 350F. Layer onions and sliced turkey breast into baking tray, add eggs and bake. When done, slice the frittata into six freezer-friendly rectangular pieces (equivalent to six eggs we started with, but with more ingredients added).
