Chive Egg Frittata Chicken Veggie Bowl

Chives Egg Frittata
Ingredients:
1/2lbs Chinese chives, finely chopped
3 eggs, lightly whisked
Pinch of salt

Directions: Preheat oven 400F. Oven roast chives 400F ~15mins. When chives are done, set aside. Whisk eggs and add cooked chives into the eggs and continue whisking to mix well. Pinch of salt into the egg-chive mixture. Bake the chive-egg mixture 375F ~20mins till eggs-chive frittata is set and cooked.
