Ingredients:
8-10 frozen shrimps, thawed before use, peeled and deveined then seasoned with pinch of salt, pepper, curry powder, dried oregano
4-5 cups of vegetables - mix of broccoli florets, carrot sticks/slices, celery slices, shredded cabbage, shredded red cabbage, shredded Bok Choy, zucchini slices
1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced

Directions: Preheat oven 375F. Bake the shrimps about 20mins till cooked. Steam vegetables with garlic for 5mins. When done, serve the shrimps with the veggies.
